  • The focal length is controlled by the operating system. There is no need to adjust adjustments manually, thus avoiding errors or failures caused by manual operation.

  • The laser head receives from the settings library the parameters that are stored in the system.

BODOR THINKER 3.0 SYSTEM

The machine was controlled by a professional industrial computer using a graphical interface and professional cutting software. SERVO DRIVE SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC

The machine is equipped with a servomotor with a gearbox manufactured by Schneider on all axes. The use of this servo drive ensures the high precision of the machine and the running speed of 100 m/min with an acceleration of 1G.

CAST ALUMINUM PORTAL

Lightweight aluminum alloy characteristics of strong recalcitrance are useful for high-speed movement in machining, high flexibility is useful for high-speed graphic cutting with high precision.

SHEET POSITION FUNCTION

This function allows you to automatically determine the positional projections and the angle of rotation of the workpiece on the machine table and adjust the cutting program if necessary. If the material is not level on the pallet, then the edges of the material will be detected using the detector, and the material will be programmatically rotated to the required coordinates.
