Sufra Engineering is carrying out the installation of a BODOR C4-Series fiber laser cutting machine with a 6 kW laser source for a manufacturing facility in Tukums, Latvia. This project features a modern and versatile solution from BODOR’s C-Series lineup, engineered to deliver precise, stable, and efficient sheet metal cutting for a wide range of production tasks. The BODOR C4-Series is distinguished by its compact yet rigid machine structure, fully enclosed design for enhanced operator safety, and advanced control technologies that support consistent cutting quality. The 6 kW laser source provides an optimal balance of power and energy efficiency, enabling accurate processing of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals across various thicknesses. Equipped with an intelligent auto-focus cutting head and the BodorThink control system, the machine supports smart piercing, collision protection, and real-time process control, helping maintain stable operation and reduce manual adjustments. The enclosed working area and integrated safety systems contribute to a clean and secure production environment. Through this project in Tukums, Sufra Engineering continues to expand the implementation of reliable, high-precision laser cutting solutions, supporting manufacturers in Latvia with advanced equipment tailored to modern metalworking requirements.
