Installation of a BODOR C6 12 kW Fiber Laser Cutting Machine in Alu, Estonia

A new project has been completed by our company with the installation of a BODOR C6 12kW fiber laser cutting machine in Alu, Estonia. This laser cutting machine installation in Estonia enhances the customer’s production capabilities with a high-performance solution designed for precision, speed, and reliability. The BODOR C6 12kW is built with a heavy-duty welded machine frame and reinforced gantry structure, ensuring maximum rigidity, reduced vibration, and stable accuracy during intensive operation. The fully enclosed protective cabin improves workplace safety by containing laser radiation, sparks, and cutting fumes, creating a controlled and secure environment. The integrated 12kW fiber laser source delivers powerful and efficient cutting of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper, including thick metal sheets with high edge quality. Equipped with an intelligent auto-focus cutting head and the BodorThink control system, the machine supports automatic focal adjustment, optimized piercing, collision protection, and real-time monitoring, improving workflow efficiency and reducing manual intervention. The large-format working area of the BODOR C6 allows processing of oversized sheet metal, making it ideal for industrial production, structural fabrication, and high-volume manufacturing. With this project in Alu, our company continues to strengthen the presence of BODOR fiber laser cutting machines in Estonia, delivering reliable, energy-efficient, and high-precision metal cutting solutions for modern industry.
