P-SERIES DESIGN FEATURES
SOLID CAST IRON BED
Only BODOR machines have a solid cast iron bed. For the manufacture of a cast bed, high-strength nodular cast iron is used. High carbon content, high compressive strength and high hardness. Strong shock absorption and wear resistance. Low thermal sensitivity and tear sensitivity reduce the loss of equipment quality when used, so the accuracy of the machine tool can be maintained for a long time without deformation in the life cycle.

AUTOFOCUS

- The focusing point is automatically adjusted during operation to achieve the best cutting effect on metal sheets of various thicknesses.
- The focal length is controlled by the operating system. There is no need to adjust adjustments manually, thus avoiding errors or failures caused by manual operation.
- The electric drive automatically adjusts the most suitable focal points in the workflow, which greatly improves the cutting speed.
- The laser head receives from the settings library the parameters that are stored in the system.
- Built-in channels with dual cooling circuits ensure a constant temperature of the collimating and focusing components, avoiding lens overheating and extending lens life.
RADAR 3600 FOR AUTOMATIC OBSTACLES DETECTION

TRIPLE DRIVE PROTECTION SYSTEM
SHEET POSITION FUNCTION
This function allows you to automatically determine the positional projections and the angle of rotation of the workpiece on the machine table and adjust the cutting program if necessary. If the material is not level on the pallet, then the edges of the material will be detected using the detector, and the material will be programmatically rotated to the required coordinates.
