Automatic chuck and 4-WAY EDGE SEARCH
The automatic chuck is designed to work with various pipes in a wide range of thicknesses and is designed for increased loads. New graphic views and representations are used, products can be shown both in a plane and three-dimensionally. Planar drawing editing is simple and fast, and a 3D representation can be shown at the same time. The new four-sided edge search function and the optimized edge search mode result in higher and more stable cutting accuracy.

PRECISE CLAMP POSITION CONTROL
Torque control, free switching to pipes with a wall thickness of 0.5 to 10 mm, a system to control and prevent displacement and deformation of thin-walled pipes.
CONTOUR RECOGNITION SYSTEM
To create photoelectric positioning, the contour recognition function is adopted, which solves the problem of determining the accuracy of the elliptical tube and the waist round tube. This makes the cutting more accurate and stable, the cutting accuracy is the best in the industry. Non-inductive and high-performance pipe detection is realized, and the accuracy of the cutting position in the entire meter section is within +0.15mm.
CAST IRON MACHINE BED
For the manufacture of a cast bed of BODOR lasers, high-strength cast iron with the addition of nodular graphite is used. High carbon content, high compressive strength and high hardness. Strong shock absorption and wear resistance. Low thermal sensitivity and tear sensitivity reduce the loss of equipment quality when used, so the accuracy of the machine tool can be maintained for a long time without deformation in the life cycle.
