CHUCK POSITION CONTROL, TORQUE CONTROL FUNCTION
CNC self-centering chuck with position control automatically clamps the material according to the size of the inlet pipe. Position control in torque mode ensures accurate clamping of tubes of various sizes. Brand new dust-proof design, long-term use without delay.
CAST IRON BED
For the manufacture of a cast bed of BODOR lasers, high-strength cast iron with the addition of nodular graphite is used. High carbon content, high compressive strength and high hardness. Strong shock absorption and wear resistance. Low thermal sensitivity and tear sensitivity reduce the loss of equipment quality when used, so the accuracy of the machine tool can be maintained for a long time without deformation in the life cycle.
AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
Automatic lubrication system for stable and cost-effective lubrication of the guide rails for high speed operation. The system is equipped with self-diagnosis of oil level control in the tank and gives an alarm signal at low liquid level to the control program. The automatic lubrication system significantly extends the life of the mechanical guides of the laser machine. |
