AT SERIES DESIGN FEATURES
ALL-WELDED MILLED BED
Use a robust tongue and groove design for greater load bearing capacity. Solder joint fixation and load-bearing structure ensure long-term stability. Welded construction absorbs shock better, reduces deflection caused by impact, and provides more precise cutting.

AUTOFOCUS
- Applicable to various focal lengths that are under the control of the machine control system.
- The focusing point is automatically adjusted during operation to achieve the best cutting effect on metal sheets of various thicknesses.
- The focal length is controlled by the operating system. There is no need to adjust adjustments manually, thus avoiding errors or failures caused by manual operation.
- The electric drive automatically adjusts the most suitable focal points in the workflow, which greatly improves the cutting speed.
- The laser head receives from the settings library the parameters that are stored in the system.
- Built-in channels with dual cooling circuits ensure a constant temperature of the collimating and focusing components, avoiding lens overheating and extending lens life.
RADAR 3600 FOR AUTOMATIC OBSTACLES DETECTION
The new generation BODOR laser head is equipped with an obstacle detection system to avoid collisions with workpieces.
- No risk of head hitting an obstacle, no risk of costly repairs.
- You no longer need to put 0.1 mm jumpers, 4-5 pieces per workpiece:
a) simplifies the work of the operator and eliminates the risk of human error,
b) increases processing speed,
c) improves the quality of the edge surface
d) it is not necessary to manually break out the blanks from the sheet after cutting, removing the jumpers. - BODOR in the basic configuration, for analogues – an option for an additional fee of ≈ $ 20,000.

Heavy duty cast aluminum gantry allows travel speeds of up to 100 m/min. and 1G acceleration. The lightweight and durable gantry enables BODOR lasers to operate at high speeds, increase equipment efficiency and ensure flawless cutting quality.
DOUBLE AUTOMATIC CENTERING ELECTRIC CHUCKS
Dual electric chucks with automatic centering function are easy to operate and require little maintenance. An all-new motor provides precise control. Modular cartridge components are developed independently and can be quickly replaced.
Diameter of round pipes from 20 mm to 230 mm. Section of profile pipes from 20×20 mm to 160×160 mm. Automatic pipe cutting module 3000 mm (6000 mm) depending on the configuration.
SPECIAL SETTINGS for cutting U-profile and angle in the pipe cutting module
SHEET POSITION FUNCTION
This function allows you to automatically determine the positional projections and the angle of rotation of the workpiece on the machine table and adjust the cutting program if necessary. If the material is not level on the pallet, then the edges of the material will be detected using the detector, and the material will be programmatically rotated to the required coordinates.
