The reliable design of a bed with thorns and grooves has the big bearing capacity. Fixation of solder joints and load-bearing structure, observed by the constant stability of work.

DOUBLE AUTOMATIC CENTERING ELECTRIC CHUCKS

Dual electric chucks with automatic centering are easy to operate and require little maintenance. A completely new motor requires precise control. The components of the modular chuck are located independently and can be quickly replaced if necessary.

NEW GENERATION SECURITY MODULE

The platform’s modular frame solves the problem of heat-induced deformation and facilitates replacement of parts.

 

QUICK CHANGING SYSTEM FOR TWO TABLES

Fast exchange between two platforms. The chain drive system is stronger and more precise, which saves material supply time and improves work efficiency.

AUTOMATIC NOZZLE CHANGER FOR C SERIES (optional)

The use of an advanced and precise control system ensures automatic nozzle replacement according to the type of material and thickness of the plates, which eliminates the need for manual nozzle replacement, improves processing efficiency and reliability.

The new auto-calibration and cleaning feature allows full automation of laser head calibration and nozzle cleaning, reducing repetitive manual work.

The high-precision drive system ensures reliable replacement accuracy and stability, ensuring that every replacement is completely safe. Fully enclosed protection of the unit increases the safety of parts and personnel.

  • The focusing point is automatically adjusted during operation to achieve the best cutting effect on metal sheets of various thicknesses.
  • The focal length is controlled by the operating system. There is no need to adjust adjustments manually, thus avoiding errors or failures caused by manual operation.
  • The electric drive automatically adjusts the most suitable focal points in the workflow, which greatly improves the cutting speed.
  • The laser head receives from the settings library the parameters that are stored in the system.
  • Built-in channels with dual cooling circuits ensure a constant temperature of the collimating and focusing components, avoiding lens overheating and extending lens life.

RADAR 360FOR AUTOMATIC OBSTACLES DETECTION

The new generation BODOR laser head is equipped with an obstacle detection system to avoid collisions with workpieces.

  • No risk of head hitting an obstacle, no risk of costly repairs.
  • You no longer need to put 0.1 mm jumpers, 4-5 pieces per workpiece:
    a) simplifies the work of the operator and eliminates the risk of human error,
    b) increases processing speed,
    c) improves the quality of the edge surface
    d) it is not necessary to manually break out the blanks from the sheet after cutting, removing the jumpers.
  • BODOR in the basic configuration, for analogues – an option for an additional fee of ≈ $ 20,000.

Heavy duty cast aluminum gantry allows travel speeds of up to 100 m/min. and 1G acceleration. The lightweight and durable gantry enables BODOR lasers to operate at high speeds, increase equipment efficiency and ensure flawless cutting quality.

SHEET POSITION FUNCTION

This function allows you to automatically determine the positional projections and the angle of rotation of the workpiece on the machine table and adjust the cutting program if necessary. If the material is not level on the pallet, then the edges of the material will be detected using the detector, and the material will be programmatically rotated to the required coordinates.
