INTEGRATED COVER WITH FULL PROTECTION

Integrated cover design with full protection with on-site installation, which greatly reduces the installation time of the machine.

BODOR GENIUS T LASER HEAD WITH NEEDLE NOSE AND AUTOFOCUS

The Bodor Genius T laser head with needle nose and auto focus is applicable to all kinds of pipes, such as angle steel, channel, I-beam, etc.

AUTOFOCUS

  • Applicable to various focal lengths that are under the control of the machine control system.
  • The focusing point is automatically adjusted during operation to achieve the best cutting effect on metal sheets of various thicknesses.
  • The focal length is controlled by the operating system. There is no need to adjust adjustments manually, thus avoiding errors or failures caused by manual operation.
  • The electric drive automatically adjusts the most suitable focal points in the workflow, which greatly improves the cutting speed.
  • The laser head receives from the settings library the parameters that are stored in the system.
  • Built-in channels with dual cooling circuits ensure a constant temperature of the collimating and focusing components, avoiding lens overheating and extending lens life.

APPLICABILITY TO SMALLER CLAMP DIAMETER

The rear jaws can clamp the pipe to pass through the front chuck, greatly reducing the physical distance between the cutting head and the rear jaws. The tail length has been reduced to 70mm and the material utilization rate has been increased to 99%.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM

Automatic lubrication system for stable and cost-effective lubrication of the guide rails for high speed operation. The system is equipped with self-diagnosis of oil level control in the tank and gives an alarm signal at low liquid level to the control program. The automatic lubrication system significantly extends the life of the mechanical guides of the laser machine.
