In 2023, we completed the installation of two advanced laser cutting machines at our client’s facility in Kapėnai, Lithuania — the BODOR M500 3kW with bevel cutting head and the T230E 2kW tube cutting machine. BODOR M500 3kW — Precision with Bevel Cutting Capabilities Equipped with a powerful 3kW laser and a specialized bevel cutting head, the M500 allows for angled cuts up to 45°, making it ideal for complex assemblies and precise weld preparation. With automatic focus, active anti-collision features, and user-friendly controls, this system delivers both speed and accuracy, boosting production while maintaining high-quality standards. BODOR T230E 2kW — Efficient Tube Cutting Designed for cutting round, square, and rectangular tubes, the T230E 2kW is perfect for expanding tube processing capabilities. It features automatic chuck clamping, ensuring fast setup and stable operation across various materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys. Both machines are now fully integrated into the client’s workflow and already demonstrating significant improvements in efficiency and production versatility.
