The new generation BODOR laser head is equipped with an obstacle detection system to avoid collisions with workpieces.
- No risk of head hitting an obstacle, no risk of costly repairs.
- You no longer need to put 0.1 mm jumpers, 4-5 pieces per workpiece:
a) simplifies the work of the operator and eliminates the risk of human error,
b) increases processing speed,
c) improves the quality of the edge surface
d) it is not necessary to manually break out the blanks from the sheet after cutting, removing the jumpers. - BODOR in the basic configuration, for analogues – an option for an additional fee of ≈ $ 20,000.

CAST PORTAL 3rd GENERATION AVIATION ALUMINUM
Heavy duty cast aluminum gantry allows travel speeds of up to 100 m/min. and 1G acceleration. The lightweight and durable gantry enables BODOR lasers to operate at high speeds, increase equipment efficiency and ensure flawless cutting quality.
